At the May 2, 2023 Town Board Meeting, Ordinance 2023-01 -
Amendment to Ord. 2016-05 - ATV/UTV Route Ordinance -
Section 6. Designation of ATV/ATV Routes was approved.
Section 6 is amended to read "All Town roads in the Town of
Wascott shall be designated
ATV/UTV routes." This ordinance shall become effective upon
posting.
